TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read everything before commissioning!TAT
◆ My TAT is from 1 to 3 weeks for sketches or full color drawings, and 7 to 10 days for chibis (both depending on how busy I am, I will notify that before starting).PAYMENT
◆ The payment can be done upfront after the sketch, or when the full drawing is finished.
◆ I accept payment via Paypal or Ko-Fi ONLY.
◆ The price for the commission will vary depending on the complexity of the designs, the amount of details to do and characters to draw.COMMUNICATION AND REVISIONS
◆ If you want to ask for a commission, please add in your message request references of your characters, the pose you want, expressions or any other important details for the drawing.
◆ I will update the drawing three times: once the sketch is done, then after the lineart and base colors (for any color corrections), then in the end with the finished piece.
◆ Any big or significant change after the lineart and base colors are finished could mean an extra cost.
◆ If the client doesn't answer any update for 3 days or more, that commission is now on hold until the customer answers again. (I'll prioritize other projects and clients during that time).
◆ Once you ask for a commission, please be sure you will have the money to pay once it's done. (I don't like to be waiting for the payment for days once the piece has been finished).
◆ In case the commission has not been paid upfront (after the sketch), when it's finished, if the client doesn't reply for 3 days or more, an extra 20% of the price will be added to the payment for the delay.
◆ You have unlimited corrections.REFUNDS
◆ Payment after sketch: If i’m already in the lineart and coloring stage and the client wants to cancel the commission, only a 50% refund will be issued to cover the work already performed.
◆ If I don’t answer or send updates for 10 days or more and you already paid, you can ask for a refund.
◆ If there is any technical problem or health issue that keeps me from finishing your commission during an indefinite period of time, and you already paid, a refund will be offered.
◆ Once the piece is finished and sent to the client, it CAN’T be refunded.IMPORTANT INFO
◆ I will reject any commission if it makes me uncomfortable.
◆ These commissions are ONLY for personal use.
◆ As an artist, I have the right to publish these commissions on my social media for reference or in my portfolio, unless the client has asked me otherwise.
◆ Reposts of said comms on social media are OK but always with credits.
◆ None of my personal drawings or commissions can be used to feed or train AI.Thank you for reading! <3
